Half way through 2021

Hasn’t it been a busy month, we are already halfway through 2021!

The changes made to the Residential Tenancies Act 1986 that came into force in February are well established now, with our landlords and tenants coming to grips with what the changes mean for them.

We have been busy planning a series of evening seminars – Directing Change, The Future of Being a Landlord. With the first event last month Wednesday 30 June, 6-8.30pm. David Faulkner from RealiQ spoke about the recent changes to the RTA and current trends.

New Tax Legislation
